I am an award-winning writer and best-selling author of "I Ran So You Could Fly (The Paris O'Ree Story)," a book that contributes to the rich tapestry of Black literature. Additionally, I have contributed to "Chicken Soup For the Soul." Born and raised on Canada's East Coast, I graduated from the University of New Brunswick and am now a wife and mother of three grown boys.
